You will stay in the renovated traditional stone houses of our agro-tourism center.
The vineyard's stone houses are the old houses of the Karimalis family. They are traditional Ikarian houses built from 500 to 120 years ago. They have been recently renovated and each of them is about 70-80 square meters big and has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms (one on the 1st floor), and a living room/kitchen). Each of them has a big bathroom. They are suitable for 4 to 6 persons (families or small groups of friends). They both have a big yard with a flower garden and an idyllic setting overlooking the forest and the north Aegean. In the summer, when the sun sets to the northwest, you can really enjoy a beautiful and peaceful sunset.
The accommodation costs in case of stays 4 days or more, for each of the stone houses are: From October the 1st till April the 30th the total cost per family size house, per night is: 2 persons 50 euros, 3 persons 60 euros, 4 persons 70 euros, 5 persons 80 euros, 6 persons 90 euros.
From May the 1st till June the 30th and in September the total cost per house per night is: 2 persons 70 euros, 3 persons 80 euros, 4 persons 90 euros, 5 persons 100 euros, 6 persons 110 euros.
From July the 1st till August the 31st the total cost per house per night is: 2 persons 90 euros, 3 persons 105 euros, 4 persons 120 euros, 5 persons 135 euros, 6 persons 150 euros.
The above prices include transfers from the airport or ferry port of Ikaria and breakfasts. We offer meals of the Pure Ikarian cookery mainly made with organic ingredients most of them originating from our farm per 15 euros per adult, wine included and 10 euro per child. There are discounts in case of families of 4 persons or more.
